New Brew: Hexagon Architect

A collaboration braggot (beer-mead hybrid) with Hive Mind Mead / Wye Valley Meadery , using their own wildflower honey that brings notes of bramble, lime, and mint from their local flora in South Wales. We then added a bit of Yorkshire influence by blending in a lovely dose of rhubarb! If you liked our beer Chaos Theory, you will love this.
