New Beer! Walk Without Rhythm

Our brand new light ale, Walk Without Rhythm, is available from our taproom and webstore RIGHT THIS SECOND!
Summer Ale, American Blonde, - there are plenty of terms used to describe the beer we had in mind when making Walk Without Rhythm, but we settled on Light Ale.
Our usual pale malt base has been cut with a large quantity of pilsner malt (and a small dose of vienna malt) to create a cleaner, lighter body.
Alongside this, we have removed the dry hop entirely, but added a wonderfully delicate combination of Hallertau Blanc, Citra and Lemondrop leaf hops.
Expect balanced, refreshing notes of white grape, elderflower and lemongrass alongside an undertone of citrus fruits.
