Dreamcatcher...

So. After waiting patiently for over a year, we're almost ready to release our first barrel aged beer into the wild. Dreamcatcher was our 50th brew, which did not pass to go and collect £200 but instead went straight into wooden barrel heaven.. specifically 4 Heaven Hill bourbon casks and 2 Marsala casks.

You may remember we teased a release of this beer back in September at the York Beer Festival (and later at the Rake, Borough Market).You may even remember it won in its category in the judging at the festival. You may have even tried some. To those who did: we hear your cries. This beer deserves to be canned so you can get yours and savour it however you see fit. To the uninitiated: you're in for a treat. Expect all the things you want in an aged Imperial stout. Chocolate, coffee, raisin, molasses. Mellowed in sweet bourbon and marsala for over a year.
