#014 - Pedro Ximénez Sherry Barrel Aged Raspberry & Honey Double Stout

This Double Stout began as a creamy, smooth base of oats and lactose and dark brown sugar as part of a complex grist alongside seven other malts. Balanced additions of raspberry and honey then enhanced this dessert beer to new heights. Barrel aged in Pedro Ximénez Sherry Barrel for 1 year.

8.4% ABV
