Turning Point Brew Co. Ltd have installed CCTV systems in our premises for the purposes of customer and staff safety, and crime prevention and detection.

Images captured by CCTV will not be kept for longer than 30 days. However, on occasions there may be a need to keep images for longer, for example where a crime is being investigated. Recordings will be kept securely on password protected hard drives.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate and make it right.

You have the right to cancel and receive a refund for your online order within 14days of placing the order. After this time, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase and your items must be returned to us within 28days of placing the order.
Except in cases where goods are damaged, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be refunded for the goods once they are received back to the Brewery and inspected, unless the return concerns damaged goods that cannot be returned. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment card or original method of payment, within 15 working days.

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
